Delivery & Returns 

DELIVERY

Our stocked products are normally delivered in 1-3 working days and require simple self-assembly. 

Delivery times are displayed within the details of each product. We offer a guarantee varying from 2 to 5 years depending on the product. The guarantee is effective when a fault occurs and when there is no sign of abuse or incorrect use.

RETURNS

Products can be returned in an unused condition and boxed. The cost of return is the customer's responsibility.

In the case of a product being faulty, we will rectify this in the fastest time possible by supplying replacement parts or supplying a replacement product. The most suitable and cost effective option will be used.

All discrepancies must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.  In the event of any discrepancy or fault with any item, please notify us by emailing: sales@chillistore.co.uk .
